  • 200 g Firm tofu
  • 150 g Chinese broccoli
  • 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tsp White pepper
