  • 2 large Eggs
  • 80 g Bean sprouts
  • 30 g Chives
  • 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chili paste
  • 2 tbsp Lard or oil
