  • 120 g Rice flour
  • 40 g Tapioca starch
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 300 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Pandan extract
  • 1 drop Food coloring (pink)

    Mix rice flour, tapioca starch, sugar, coconut milk.

    Divide into two batches: one green (pandan), one pink.
