  • 400 g Salmon fillet
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry
  • 100 g Spinach
  • 60 g Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp Dill

    Wilt spinach, squeeze dry. Mix with cream cheese, dill, lemon zest.
