- 330 ml Dark Belgian beer
- 3 large Onions
- 200 ml Beef broth
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 4 sprigs Thyme
- 2 pieces Bay leaves
- 2 slices Bread
