  • 2 large Eggs
  • 100 g Kangkung or spinach
  • 2 tbsp Sambal paste
  • 3 small Shallots
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
