- 400 g Beef sirloin
- 250 g Egg noodles
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 150 g Sour cream
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 150 ml Beef broth
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley

Slice beef into thin strips. Sear quickly in hot pan. Set aside.

Sauté onion and mushrooms in butter until golden.
