  • 2 tbsp Doubanjiang
  • 3 whole Star anise
  • 1 tbsp Rock sugar
  • 3 slices Ginger
  • 3 stalks Green onions
  • 4 heads Baby bok choy
  • 1 L Beef broth

    Brown cubed beef shank.
