- 150 g Shrimp
- 100 g Char siu pork
- 2 tbsp Curry powder
- 80 g Bean sprouts
- 1 medium Bell pepper
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Soak vermicelli in hot water, drain.

Scramble eggs, set aside.

Stir-fry shrimp and sliced pork. Add pepper and bean sprouts.
