- 150 g Shiitake mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Chili oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
