Nutrola won't open or keeps crashing

Last updated 2026년 6월 27일

If Nutrola won't open, freezes, or crashes shortly after launch, a few quick steps fix it most of the time: update Nutrola from your app store, force-close and reopen it, restart your device, check your internet connection, and free up storage. If it still won't open, reinstall Nutrola and sign in with the same account to restore your data.

How do I fix Nutrola when it crashes?

Try these in order. Most launch problems are resolved by step 1 or step 2.

  1. Update the app. Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), search for Nutrola, and install any pending update. Older versions can crash on newer devices and operating systems.
  2. Force-close and reopen. Swipe Nutrola away from your recent-apps switcher, then open it fresh.
  3. Restart your device. A full power-off and power-on clears temporary issues that simply reopening the app won't.
  4. Check your connection. Nutrola needs internet to sign in and load your data. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or move to a spot with better signal. (Some screens work without a connection; see Does Nutrola work offline?.)
  5. Free up storage. Very low device storage can stop apps from launching. Clear some space and try again.

What if it still crashes?

If Nutrola opens but immediately closes again or gets stuck on a loading screen, reinstall it:

  • iOS: Delete Nutrola from your Home Screen or App Library, then reinstall it from the App Store.
  • Android: Uninstall Nutrola, then reinstall it from Google Play.

After reinstalling, sign in with the same account you used before. Your meals, goals, and history are stored on Nutrola's servers, so they are restored when you sign back in Restore your data on a new device. Reinstalling does not cancel your subscription, which is managed through your App Store or Google Play account View or change your plan. If you have trouble signing back in, see Trouble signing in.

If you saw a crash screen with a retry option, What to do if the app shows 'Oops! Something went wrong' has more detail on that flow.

Crashing is different from data not loading

If the app opens fine but your latest meals or weigh-ins aren't appearing, that's usually a sync question rather than a crash. See My data isn't syncing.
