- 700 g Chicken wings
- 80 g Cornstarch
- 3 tbsp Gochujang
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 500 ml Vegetable oil
- 60 g Pickled radish

Coat chicken wings in cornstarch.

Fry at 160°C for 8 minutes. Rest 5 min. Fry again at 180°C for 5 min until extra crispy.

Mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil for glaze.

Toss fried chicken in glaze.
