- 400 g Baby potatoes
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Fresh chives
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder

Boil baby potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.

Smash each potato with a fork. Brush with olive oil and season with garlic powder.
