- 350 g Rigatoni
- 400 g Canned San Marzano tomatoes
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 60 ml Vodka
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 40 g Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 8 leaves Fresh basil

Sauté garlic and chili flakes in oil.

Add crushed tomatoes. Simmer 10 min.

Add vodka, cook 3 min. Stir in cream and parmesan.
