- 150 g Rice noodles
- 800 ml Beef broth
- 2 whole Star anise
- 1 whole Cinnamon stick
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 50 g Bean sprouts
- 6 leaves Fresh basil
- 1 medium Lime
- 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
