- 600 g Lamb shoulder
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 2 large Onions
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp grated Ginger
- 2 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder
- 2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 3 tbsp Ghee

Brown cubed lamb in ghee. Set aside.

Sauté onions until dark golden. Add garlic and ginger.
