  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 400 g Canned tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 100 ml Red wine
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 30 g Parmesan
