- 1 tsp Yeast
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 250 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp Flaky salt

Mix flour, yeast, water, and 2 tbsp oil. Rise for 1 hour.

Stretch into an oiled baking pan. Rise 30 min.
