- 1.5 kg Whole chicken
- 2 medium Lemon
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 6 sprigs Fresh thyme
- 3 sprigs Fresh rosemary
- 3 medium Carrots
- 4 medium Potatoes
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter

Preheat oven to 200°C. Pat chicken dry, season inside and out.

Stuff cavity with halved lemon, garlic, and herbs.
