- 300 g Steamed rice
- 150 g Beef sirloin
- 100 g Spinach
- 1 medium Carrots
- 1 small Zucchini
- 80 g Bean sprouts
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 tbsp Gochujang
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
조리법

Marinate sliced beef in soy sauce and sesame oil. Pan-fry until cooked.

Blanch spinach, julienne carrots and zucchini. Sauté each vegetable separately with sesame oil.

Blanch bean sprouts.

Place rice in bowls. Arrange vegetables, beef on top in sections.

Fry eggs sunny-side up and place on top.
