- 200 g Wide rice noodles
- 200 g Firm tofu
- 150 g Chinese broccoli
- 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 0.5 tsp White pepper
조리법

Press and cube tofu. Pan-fry until golden.

Stir-fry garlic and broccoli stems. Push aside, scramble egg.
