- 500 g Flank steak
- 30 g Fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp Fresh oregano
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 400 g Potatoes
