- 200 g Flour
- 120 ml Water
- 200 g Spinach
- 100 g Feta cheese
- 0.5 small Onion
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Salt
조리법

Make dough: flour, water, salt. Knead and rest 20 min.

Wilt spinach, squeeze dry. Mix with crumbled feta and diced onion.

Roll dough very thin. Add filling on one half. Fold over and seal.

Cook on a hot griddle with oil until golden on both sides.
