- 300 g Long grain rice
- 1 large Onion
- 1 medium Bell pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 200 ml Tomato sauce
- 400 ml Chicken broth
- 100 g Peas
- 40 g Olives
- 1 tsp Cumin

Brown chicken. Set aside.
