- 30 g Dried anchovies
- 2 large Eggs
- 100 g Kangkung or spinach
- 2 tbsp Sambal paste
- 3 small Shallots
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Fry anchovies until crispy. Set aside.

Stir-fry sliced shallots, garlic, and sambal.
