Cabbage leaves stuffed with pork, rice, and herbs, baked in tomato sauce.

- 1 large head Cabbage
- 400 g Ground pork
- 200 g Cooked rice
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 large Egg
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Marjoram
조리법

Blanch cabbage leaves until pliable.

Mix pork, rice, sautéed onion, egg, marjoram.

Place filling on each leaf, roll and tuck.

Arrange rolls in a baking dish.

Mix tomatoes with tomato paste. Pour over. Bake at 180°C for 45 min.
