- 300 g Large shrimp
- 200 g Linguine
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 100 ml White wine
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp Fresh parsley
- 1 medium Lemon
조리법

Cook linguine al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.

Sauté sliced garlic and pepper flakes in olive oil and butter.

Add shrimp, cook 2 minutes per side.

Pour in white wine, simmer 2 minutes.
