Japanese crispy panko-breaded pork cutlet with tonkatsu sauce, rice, and shredded cabbage.

- 2 pieces (150g each) Pork loin chops
- 100 g Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large Eggs
- 40 g Flour
- 300 g Steamed rice
- 100 g Cabbage
- 3 tbsp Tonkatsu sauce
- 200 ml Vegetable oil
조리법

Pound pork chops to even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

Coat in flour, dip in beaten egg, press into panko.

Deep fry at 170°C for 4-5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
