- 1 tsp Yeast
- 130 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Poppy seeds
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 large Egg white
조리법

Make dough: flour, yeast, water, sugar, salt. Knead, rise 30 min.

Divide into pieces. Roll into ropes and form twisted rings.

Briefly boil in water with sugar.
