  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 130 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 large Egg white

    Make dough: flour, yeast, water, sugar, salt. Knead, rise 30 min.

    Divide into pieces. Roll into ropes and form twisted rings.
