- 12 sheets Spring roll wrappers
- 150 g Red lentils
- 1 small Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp Berbere spice
- 200 ml Vegetable oil

Cook lentils until soft. Drain excess water.

Sauté onion, garlic, ginger. Add berbere and cooked lentils. Cool.
