- 400 g Beef chuck
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 3 tbsp Massaman curry paste
- 2 medium Potatoes
- 1 medium Onion
- 40 g Peanuts
- 1 tbsp Tamarind paste
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 300 g Steamed rice

Fry curry paste in a splash of coconut cream for 2 minutes.
