Cancel your subscription on Android

Nutrola subscriptions on Android are billed by Google Play, so you cancel them in the Google Play Store, not inside the Nutrola app. Open the Play Store, go to Payments & subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, select Nutrola, then tap Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund you, and you keep Premium until the paid period ends.

How do I cancel through Google Play?

These steps use the Google Play Store on your Android device. Google can change its menus, so the exact wording may vary slightly by app version.

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
4. Tap Nutrola in the list.
5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

Make sure you are signed into the same Google account you used to subscribe. If Nutrola is not listed, it may be on a different Google account or already cancelled. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

What happens after I cancel?

Cancelling only stops the next renewal. You keep Nutrola Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, and cancelling does not automatically refund you. Refunds are a separate request, and approval is at Google's discretion How refunds work.

If you were billed through Apple instead of Google Play (for example, you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad), you cancel in the App Store instead Cancel your subscription on iPhone or iPad.
