Cancel your subscription on iPhone or iPad

Nutrola subscriptions on iPhone or iPad are billed by Apple, so you cancel them in your Apple Account settings, not inside the Nutrola app. Open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Nutrola, then tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not trigger a refund.
How do I cancel my Nutrola subscription on iOS?
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Nutrola in the list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. You may need to scroll down to find the button.
These steps follow Apple's standard subscription settings. The exact wording can vary slightly with your iOS version. You can also manage the same subscription from the App Store: tap your profile picture, then tap Subscriptions.
I don't see a Cancel button. What now?
If there's no Cancel Subscription button, one of these is usually the reason:
- The subscription is already cancelled (it may show an expiration date instead).
- You're signed into a different Apple Account than the one used to buy Nutrola. Switch to the correct Apple Account and check again.
- The purchase was made on Android through Google Play, which is cancelled separately Cancel your subscription on Android.
Will I lose access right away?
No. Cancelling only stops the next renewal. You keep Nutrola Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for, then it ends. Cancelling does not trigger a refund. If you want your money back, that's a separate request handled by Apple How refunds work.
