How do I change my goal weight?

To change your goal weight in Nutrola, open the Profile tab, tap Personal Details, then tap Change Goal on the Goal Weight card at the top. Pick your new target weight on the wheel and tap Save. This updates only your goal weight; it does not change your daily calorie or macro targets.

Where is the goal weight setting?

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Under Account, tap Personal Details.
3. At the top of the screen you will see the Goal Weight card showing your current target.
4. Tap Change Goal on that card.
5. A Set Goal Weight sheet opens with a scrolling picker. Choose your new weight.
6. Tap Save. Your new goal weight is saved right away, and you can tap Cancel instead if you change your mind.

Is the picker in kilograms or pounds?

The picker matches your selected unit system. If you use metric, you choose a value in kilograms (kg); if you use imperial, you choose a value in pounds (lb). If the units are not what you expect, switch your unit system first How do I switch between metric and imperial units?, then come back and set the goal weight.

Does changing my goal weight update my calorie or macro targets?

No. Saving a new goal weight updates only the goal weight value itself. Your daily calorie and macro targets are managed separately and are not automatically recalculated when you change your goal weight. If you want to update those numbers, adjust them directly Change your calorie goal and macro targets. Goal weight vs. current weight

The Goal Weight card sets the target you are working toward. It is different from your Current weight, which is your actual weigh-in. To log or update your current weight and view your progress over time, use your weight history instead How do I record a weigh-in and view my weight history in Nutrola?. Other personal details like height live on the same Personal Details screen Edit your birth date, gender, height, and units.
