Editing or deleting water, weight, exercise and body-fat entries
Last updated 27 Haziran 2026
In Nutrola you can delete a manually logged exercise: swipe its card left on the Home feed, or open Exercise Details and tap the trash icon, then confirm. Weigh-ins and body-fat entries are corrected by re-entering that day's value, which overwrites the old one. Deleting in Nutrola does not remove the matching Apple Health sample.
How do I delete a workout I logged by mistake?
This works the same on iOS and Android.
- On the Home tab, find the exercise card in your day's list of entries.
- Swipe the card to the left to reveal the red trash action, then tap it. The workout is removed right away.
You can also delete from the detail view:
- Tap the exercise card to open Exercise Details.
- Tap the trash icon in the top-right corner.
- In the Delete Exercise prompt ("Are you sure you want to delete this exercise?"), tap Delete.
Exercise Details is a view-only screen, so there is no separate edit button. To change something about a logged workout (for example the activity or duration), delete it and log it again. Logging exercise and calories burned
Workouts that came in from Apple Health (or are read from your phone's health data) cannot be deleted inside Nutrola. For those entries the trash icon is hidden and swipe-to-delete is turned off, so remove them in your phone's Health app instead. Importing workouts from Apple Health
How do I fix a weigh-in or body-fat entry?
Nutrola keeps a single weight entry and a single body-fat entry per calendar day. Re-entering a value for the same day overwrites that day's existing entry, so the simplest way to correct a mistake is to log it again for that date.
- To correct today's weight, open the weigh-in flow and enter the right number again. It replaces today's value. How do I record a weigh-in and view my weight history in Nutrola?
- To correct today's body fat, log it again the same way. The new value replaces the old one for that day. Tracking body fat percentage
Your Weight History and Body Fat History screens show your past entries as a read-only list.
What about water logs?
Each time you tap a quick-add cup in the Log Water sheet, that amount is recorded separately and added to your daily total. Nutrola does not overwrite earlier water logs the way it does for weight, so the total reflects every tap you made that day. The Log Water sheet is built for adding water, not for removing an individual log. How to track water intake

Does deleting in Nutrola also remove it from Apple Health?
No. When you delete a workout (or any entry) in Nutrola, the app does not write that deletion back to Apple Health. The matching sample can still appear in Apple Health, so if you want it gone there too, delete it in the Apple Health app as well. Deleting a meal in the app does not remove it from Apple Health
Apple Health two-way sync is iOS-only and only runs when you have connected Apple Health. On Android, Nutrola can connect to Google Health Connect, but water is not shared with Health Connect. Sync with Apple Health (iOS) Health sync on Android (Google Health Connect)
