Restore Nutrola Premium on a new device

Last updated 27 Haziran 2026

If you reinstalled Nutrola or switched devices, you can get your Nutrola Premium access back without paying again. Sign in to the same Nutrola account you used before, on a device signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account that made the purchase, then tap Restore Purchases on the paywall. Your access reconnects once your purchase is found.

How to restore your Premium access

  1. Install Nutrola from the App Store or Google Play and open it.
  2. Sign in to the same Nutrola account you used before (the same Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or email login). Your purchase is tied to that account, so a different login starts fresh and empty Trouble signing in.
  3. Make sure your device is signed in to the same store account that paid: your Apple Account on iPhone or iPad, or your Google account on Android.
  4. If a paywall appears, tap Restore Purchases (shown near the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy links at the bottom).
  5. When your purchase is found, you'll see a Success message confirming your purchases were restored, and the app opens to your home screen.

Why both accounts matter

Restoring checks two things: your store account (Apple or Google) for the receipt of what you paid, and your Nutrola account, which is where the purchase is recorded. They need to line up.

  • If you bought on one store account but your device is now signed in to another (for example, a family member's), the purchase won't be found. Sign in to the original store account first.
  • If you subscribed under one Nutrola login but signed in with a different one, restore won't find it either. Use the same login method you originally used Premium is locked even though I subscribed (account mismatch).

If restore says no purchases were found

If you see No Purchases Found ("No previous purchases were found for this account"), it usually means the device is on a different store or Nutrola account than the one that paid, or the purchase was made elsewhere. Double-check both accounts and try again. If you get an error instead ("We couldn't restore your purchases right now"), check your internet connection, then tap Restore Purchases again after a moment.

Restoring access vs. restoring your data

Restoring purchases brings back your subscription or lifetime access only. Your logged meals, goals, weight history, and streaks are separate: they sync back automatically when you sign in to the same Nutrola account Restore your data on a new device. If your access still doesn't appear after restoring, see I paid on Android but Premium didn't unlock right away (Android) or learn more about the paywall button itself Where is the Restore Purchases button?.

Lifetime purchases restore the same way, since they're tied to your store and Nutrola accounts too How to buy lifetime (one-time) access. To check or change which plan you're on, see View or change your plan.
