Which devices and platforms Nutrola supports

Last updated 27 Haziran 2026

Nutrola runs on both iPhone (iOS) and Android phones, with the same core tracking on each. The main differences are device integrations: Apple Health sync, the home-screen widget, and the Apple Watch app are iPhone-only, while Android instead connects to Google Health Connect for steps, weight, and workouts.

Is Nutrola available on Android?

Yes. Nutrola is a full app on Android as well as iPhone. You can log meals by photo, barcode, voice, or search, set goals and macros, track water, weight, and exercise, and keep your streak on either platform. Your account and data sync to the same place, so you can sign in on either kind of phone.

What is iPhone-only?

These features appear only on iOS:

What does Android use instead?

On Android, the Health & Devices section shows a single Google Health Connect row with a Connect button. Health Connect syncs steps, weight, and workouts, and it can also pull in data from other apps like Samsung Health or Fitbit if you turn on their Health Connect sync. Android does not have the home-screen widget or the Apple Watch app. Health sync on Android (Google Health Connect)

Does health data sync the same on both?

Not exactly. Apple Health is iPhone-only, and Google Health Connect is Android-only, so each platform connects to its own system. One nuance to know: water intake syncs to Apple Health on iPhone but does not sync to Google Health Connect on Android. How to track water intake Exactly what data Nutrola reads from and writes to Apple Health

Will my data move between an iPhone and an Android phone?

Your meals, goals, and history are tied to your account, so signing in on a different phone brings your data with you. Health integrations do not carry over, though: an Apple Health connection set up on an iPhone does not transfer to Android, and you would connect Google Health Connect separately there.
