How do I record a weigh-in and view my weight history in Nutrola?
Last updated 27 червня 2026 р.
To log your weight in Nutrola, open the Weigh-in screen, type your current weight under What's on the scale? in your units (kg or lbs), and tap Save Weight. Each save updates your profile and your weight history, with one entry per day. Tap the history icon to open Weight History and review every recorded entry.
How do I open the Weigh-in screen?
There are two ways to reach it:
- Tap the center + in the tab bar to open the logging menu, then tap the Log Weight tile.
- On the Progress tab, tap the Log weight button.
The first time you do this, Nutrola shows a short 5-slide intro titled Your weigh-in that explains what the scale number really means and when to weigh. Tap Continue through the slides and Weigh me in on the last one to reach the Weigh-in screen. After you have seen it once, both paths take you straight to the Weigh-in screen.
How do I record a weigh-in?
- On the Weigh-in screen, find the What's on the scale? card.
- Tap the number field and type your current weight. The unit shown next to it (kg or lbs) follows your app unit setting How do I switch between metric and imperial units?.
- Tap Save Weight.
A few details to know:
- Your entry is clamped to a sensible range when you finish typing: 30 to 200 kg, or 66 to 440 lbs. Values outside that range snap to the nearest limit.
- If you have set a goal weight, the screen also shows a Start, Now, and Goal progress card so you can see how close you are How do I change my goal weight?.
- Saving stores the number to your profile and to your weight history, and it syncs to Nutrola's servers in the background so it appears on your other devices on their next refresh.
Does logging twice in one day create two entries?
No. Weight history keeps one entry per calendar day. If you log again on the same day, the new value overwrites that day's entry instead of adding a second one. Entries on different days are kept separately.
How do I view my weight history?
On the Weigh-in screen, tap the history icon in the top-right corner to open the Weight History screen. It lists every recorded entry, newest first, each row showing the weight and the date it was recorded. Pull down to refresh. If you have not logged any weight yet, you will see No weight entries yet.
To correct or remove past tracking entries, see Editing or deleting water, weight, exercise and body-fat entries.
Where is the weight trend chart?
The Progress tab has a Weight Progress card that plots your entries on a line chart. Use the time-range chips below the chart to switch the view between 90D, 6M, 1Y, and ALL. If there is nothing to plot yet, the card reads "Log your weight to see your progress over time."
Does my weigh-in sync with Apple Health?
On iOS, if you have connected Apple Health, each weigh-in you save is also written back to Apple Health so other apps can see it. Nutrola also reads your latest Apple Health weight when you open the Weigh-in screen, so the starting number reflects a fresh reading. See Sync with Apple Health (iOS) and, if your Apple Health and Nutrola weights disagree, How Nutrola decides your current weight when a scale and the app disagree. On Android, there is no Apple Health, so this write-back does not apply.
You can also track body fat percentage alongside your weight Tracking body fat percentage.
