How to contact us

You can reach the Nutrola team two ways. Inside the app, open the Profile/Settings tab, scroll to Support & Legal, and tap Contact us to start a chat with our in-app support assistant (Sophia), where you can also ask to talk to a human. Or email us directly at support@nutrola.app from any mail app.

How do I contact Nutrola from inside the app?

1. Open the Profile/Settings tab.
2. Scroll to the Support & Legal section.
3. Tap Contact us. This opens the in-app support chat, not your email app.
4. Describe what is going on. The assistant can walk you through common fixes, and you can ask to talk to a human if you would rather reach the team.

How do I contact Nutrola by email?

Email support@nutrola.app from any mail app on your phone or computer. You do not need to be signed in to send an email, so this is a good option if you are having trouble opening the app.

What helps us reply faster?

• Tell us your device and OS version (for example, iPhone 15 / iOS 17, or a Pixel 8 / Android 14).
• Describe what you expected and what actually happened.
• Add a screenshot if you can. In the support chat, you can attach one with the paperclip icon (How to attach a screenshot when contacting support). If you are reporting a problem, How to report a bug.

When will I hear back?

We typically reply within about 24 hours. This is a goal, not a guarantee, and busy periods can take a little longer.

What about billing, cancellations, and refunds?

Many subscription changes are handled by the App Store or Google Play, not by Nutrola, so checking those first is often the fastest route.
