- 2 stalks Lemongrass
- 3 slices Galangal
- 3 pieces Kaffir lime leaves
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 3 tbsp Lime juice
- 3 small Thai chilies
- 2 tbsp Cilantro
- 600 ml Chicken broth
