- 100 g Shiitake mushrooms
- 150 g Firm tofu
- 1 L Vegetable broth
- 2 whole Star anise
- 1 piece Cinnamon stick
- 3 slices Ginger
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 60 g Bean sprouts
- 8 leaves Thai basil
- 1 medium Lime
- 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
