  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp Green curry paste
  • 100 g Bamboo shoots
  • 10 leaves Thai basil
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 200 g Jasmine rice
