- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 medium Carrots
- 2 stalks Celery
- 1 medium Bell pepper

Char eggplant over open flame or roast at 220°C for 30 min until collapsed.

Scoop flesh. Blend with tahini, lemon, garlic, and olive oil.
