Filipino Pandesal with Cheese
Soft Filipino bread rolls fresh from the oven, filled with a slab of cheddar cheese.

- 300 g Bread flour
- 40 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Yeast
- 150 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 large Egg
- 30 g Breadcrumbs
- 80 g Cheddar cheese

Mix flour, sugar, yeast, milk, butter, egg. Knead until smooth.

Rise 1 hour. Divide into 12 rolls.
