- 1 sheet Puff pastry
- 100 g Spinach
- 60 g Cream cheese
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Dill

Wilt spinach, squeeze dry. Mix with cream cheese, dill, lemon zest.
