- 80 ml Soy sauce
- 80 ml White vinegar
- 8 cloves Garlic
- 3 pieces Bay leaves
- 1 tsp Black peppercorns
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

Brown chicken in oil. Remove.

Sauté garlic. Add soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, peppercorns, sugar.
