Sichuan spicy tofu in a fiery chili bean sauce with ground pork and Sichuan peppercorn.

- 400 g Soft tofu
- 100 g Ground pork
- 2 tbsp Doubanjiang (chili bean paste)
- 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 2 stalks Green onions
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 200 g Steamed rice

Brown ground pork. Add doubanjiang, garlic, ginger.

Add water and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.

Gently slide in cubed tofu. Simmer 5 min.

Thicken with cornstarch slurry. Add ground Sichuan peppercorn.
