- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 3 tbsp Yellow curry paste
- 1 medium Potatoes
- 1 medium Carrots
- 20 g Peanuts
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 200 g Jasmine rice
