- 60 g Cold butter
- 100 g Cheddar cheese
- 120 ml Milk
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 3 tbsp Fresh chives
- 1 large Egg

Rub butter into flour and baking powder until crumbly.

Stir in most of the cheese and chives.

Add egg and milk. Mix until just combined.

Pat out and cut rounds. Top with remaining cheese.
