- 400 g Ground turkey
- 200 g Cooked rice
- 200 ml Tomato sauce
- 100 g Mozzarella
- 1 small Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.
